Services

I host lots of services in my homelab.  Some of them are public and some of them are private.  If you would like to see the public services/get access to them.  Please visit my main homelab site using the button below.

Services

As for a full list Services, you can see those below.  I have also included the name of the computer/VM it runs on and the purpose of each application/service.

Full Services List

Below is a full list of the services I use and host.  This includes private and public services.
If you wish to learn more about some of these, my Github has great resources and all of my code that I use to run these.  You can find that with the button below.

Portainer

Portainer is what I use for docker container management.  It allows me to act on, deploy, and edit docker containers and docker stacks.  My main portainer instance runs on MGMT-01, and there are Portainer connectors on MGMT-02, Docker-01, and Docker-03.

Uptime Kuma

Uptime Kuma is a simpler, open source, alternative to PRTG.  It's mostly used to manage my certificates, uptime, and pinging my websites to track downtime.  I have it configured to send updates to Telegram and to my Discord Server.

Home Assistant

Home Assistant is my solution for self-hosted Google Home, Alexa, etc.  It runs on a deconstructed Laptop housed in a 1U shelf.  I added Wifi and Zwave capabilities and hooked it up to my Qolsys Panel.  I am currently working on a custom voice assistant.

ITTools

This is a comprehensive list of tools for IT workers that make life easier.  I use this both at work and at home.

Filebrowser

I use filebrowser for 2 things.  1. Managing files on my main Docker host and 2. Viewing files on my Home Assistant Server.

Adguard

I have 2 Adguard servers used for private DNS and ad-blocking.  They both run on separate VMs for redundancy.  This allows me to block URLs, Ads, and other web hooks.

MySQL

This is my Primary SQL Database for every app that needs a database.  It runs on its own VM with lots of compute power on my Proxmox Storage server.

MyPHPAdmin

This is used to view my databases, that's it.  Gives me a good GUI

Watchtower

Watchtower is a useful tool for automatically updating Docker container images.  This is installed on all 4 of my Docker machines.

Navidrome

Navidrome is a music management system to replace Spotify.  I don't use this often, but all of my music rips are put here for me to listen to whenever I want.

Overseer

Overseer is a media request site attached to my media aggregation stack, it allows for me to create accounts for the people who have Plex access and they can request media for me to download for the server.

Doplarr

Doplarr is a great addition to Overseer.  It's a discord bot that allows for Overseer requests to be put in through commands in a Discord channel.  Anyone that wants to do this, needs an Overseer account created by me. This also runs on the Media Aggregation Stack.

Prowlarr

Prowlarr is my Indexer client.  I have 5 different Indexers that I use for media downloading (who I will not list for reasons) it get's the request from Overseer, then grabs the download from the indexer and sends to it Sonarr for TV and Radarr for Movies. Also in the Media Aggregation Stack

Sonarr

Sonarr is in the Media Aggregation Stack and it used for TV show management.  It searches for the TV show and sends Prowlarr a request to go grab new episodes when they come out.  It sends the File to SabNZBD to download from the server.

Radarr

Radarr is the same as Sonarr except it's meant for Movie management.  This is also in the Media Aggregation Stack.

SabNZBD

SabNZBD is a download client.  It recieves all the files from Prowlarr, Sonarr, and Radarr, and downloads them.  It's hosted in the Media Aggregation Stack and is the sole downloader in the environment.

Plex

Plex is a self-hosted media streamer where you can host anything that you have downloaded.  I use this with friends, and myself, and have hundreds of shows and movies.  This is hosted on it's own standalone computer.

Pingvin

Pingvin is essentially self-hosted WeShare and allows me and friends to send files back and forth securely.  It's hosted in a Docker container.

Recipe Sage

Recipe Sage is a self-hosted cookbook. Everyone get's their own instance once you sign up and can share recipes back and forth.  It's hosted on docker.

Shlink

Shlink is a link shortener that I spun up for fun.  I don't use it much, but it does come in handy.  It's also hosted in docker.

Homarr

Homarr is my dashboard for the homelab.  It's kind of like the Google homepage, except much more customizable and configurable.  It's hosted on docker and I almost exclusively use this at home.

Tautulli

Tautilli is a great Plex insights application.  It allows me to send out newsletters, notifications, and see bandwidth and watch times on media.

Remotely

Remotely is self-hosted TeamViewer/Remote access.  I was tired of paying, so I spun this up.  It's fully encrypted and allows me to connect to any computer I have the agent installed on.

PRTG

PRTG is remote monitoring software that is run on Windows.  I use this sparingly since it is paid after 100 connectors, however, I mostly use it to manage storage space, and bandwidth on Plex, and my storage server.
